Absolutely delighted with my experience here. You can tell they take great pride in their work and great pride in being transparent with their findings. I never felt rushed or bulldozed over. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable, and they have snacks! Travis had fantastic customer service, even coming in on his day off to give me my keys. They were so pleasant on the phones and in person. I've never had such a great autoshop experience and will always be back to work with them. Pricing...

We’ve been trusting Honest1 with the maintenance and repair of our hybrid vehicles for years. The latest was a transmission fluid service, engine thermostat replacement, and bypass coolant valve replacement on one of our vehicles. They are extremely open and honest about parts and labor cost every step of the way and have you approve the total before...

I couldn't have chose a better place and team for the repairs needed. Thank you all so much Honest 1 Auto.

Amazing service, and customer service at that. Travis was a great help and very informative, the process was simple and quick. I got a full comprehensive report of absolutely everything wrong with my vehicle including things I hadn’t even mentioned to them or thought about. Completely FREE. Then when it came time to talk about what to fix and pay for, they were clear and concise, with full transparency. No bullshit, no hassle. It wasn’t the cheapest I could’ve gotten, but it wasn’t expensive...
