As a woman, it means the world to me to have found a mechanic I can trust. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at the Honest-1 Auto Care in Aurora!

This was my third experience going to Honest 1 Auto Care. Once again it was a very great experience and I plan on coming back again. I was not disappointed once again. Each associate listen to me and the work was completed as communicated and in a timely manner. This team is great! Shout out to the entire team and staff, but a huge shout out to Devan. Scott Jensen was really attentive and helpful throughout this whole process. My fiancée's car crapped out and we luckily found Honest-1. They helped us figure out what was needed and helped us figure out payments and everything I definitely recommend them.

Tony has recently worked on all 3 of my vehicles and did a fantastic job! He was able to get everything fixed really quickly too! He is a very professional young man who loves what he does, and it shows! All of their work has guarantees, which is almost unheard of anymore! Justin is his manager and he's also a fantastic manager to their customers, making everyone feel seen and heard.

All the personnel are professional and friendly. As far as I know, the issue has been fixed. Usually I take my car elsewhere because your prices are higher than other places and being a senior I have to go with the cheapest price. This time though your alignment was cheaper. Matt always gives me a discount so I and appreciate that. My car is really old so having a warranty isn’t as important because I never know when the engine or transmission will go out…original on both.
