Left several messages on phone numbers listed on the internet with no response or return calls. I live next door and thought I would give your establishment a try. Registered on line and received several text messages confirming my appointment. When I checked in computers were down. Once checked in received text message informing me I would get updates. This was my first visit to Honest Auto in San Carlos and the first thing I noticed before going into the office was how clean & organized the auto repair bays were. Meeting John the owner was pleasant and he presented a no pressure professional demeanor. The repair to my vehicle was of moderate difficulty and completed in a few hours.
