I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Repair in Prior Lake. Their communication and updates were most appreciated. We had our vehicle in another local shop where we were told a number of things that might have been wrong, that they only had one mechanic who could fix our particular car, etc. The communication was poor. Overall, the experience was great, and my car was fixed well. The only reason I can’t give five stars is that the loaner cars that they make available are very old and very dirty. While I appreciate the loaner, it would be nice if they were cleaned once in a while.
