The management and mechanics here are truly great to work with. They were honest from the very beginning and never tried to mislead or pressure me. They kept my vehicle safe and secure over the weekend while I was out of town, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. My car required a fairly high-end repair, and the Honest-1 team worked diligently to get everything taken care of. I really appreciate their transparency, professionalism, and hard work. Great service but pricing higher than other local shops. We had our car towed there since they offer a 10% discount to AAA members. The staff was very nice but their pricing was 30-50% higher than my normal shop. I figured that it would be similar but I guessed wrong. Overall good experience with service but pricing was high.

I went in to Honest-1 because my brand new rotors (done elsewhere) were making the most awful grinding noise. Turns out the previous person put already damaged calipers back on so it warped my new pads and rotors within a couple weeks. 🙄 Needless to say I needed a whole new brake job. They do a full extremely detailed inspection that has pictures and easy to understand explanations of which part does what and why it's important. They're not pushy at all regarding any other worn out parts...

They were great. It was my first time there. They identified the bad wheel bearing and replaced it. It was faster than they had told me on the phone. My Subaru drives great and is much quieter. I trust these guys, and will go back.

On Dec 11th, I wanted to go to the grocery store and my 2019 Nissan Murano wouldn't start.
