I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Repair in Prior Lake. Their communication and updates were most appreciated. We had our vehicle in another local shop where we were told a number of things that might have been wrong, that they only had one mechanic who could fix our particular car, etc. The communication was poor. I picked up a drywall screw in a tire and called to schedule an appointment. Troy got me in immediately and the tech had the repair done in 30 minutes, which was amazing. Friendly, helpful and efficient. They did a great job and worked to make the repair quickly. I would recommend their services.

Overall, the experience was great, and my car was fixed well. The only reason I can’t give five stars is that the loaner cars that they make available are very old and very dirty. While I appreciate the loaner, it would be nice if they were cleaned once in a while.
