Easy to book an appointment online on short notice. Prices better than my Mazda dealer. Friendly guys at the front desk. Pleased with my 2 visits this week- one for oil change and tire rotation, and the other was for the purchase and installation of a new battery.

I love how Honest-1 operates and how well they communicate. Their techs take pictures and document everything which is then sent to me through an email, which definitely helps me know what is being done and why. I've also always been able to pick my car up on the same day that I drop it off, which is a huge plus. Overall, they are true to their name and I feel like I get a great value and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

These guys are absolutely the best! I had Kevin for a service writer and he was fantastic throughout the entire experience. Gave me up to date news as they were working on it and was super friendly throughout the whole process. Definitely take your car here for your next service!

The service was incomparably better than the Hyundai dealership in Irving, where I was always treated with apathy and nonchalance. The mechanic and the owner at Honest were readily available for me to talk to and ask questions, and they were very sincere and helpful. Wish I found this place sooner!

My experience with honest one Auto Care was terrific. They noticed some things that I need to do on my vehicle which was very understandable. My oil change that I originally went in there for the turnaround time was unbelievable 30 minutes if that. Thank you for your professionalism!

We were on vacation and having car issues. They readily welcomed us in and gave a thorough diagnostic. Being from out of town and in a hurry, they could have easily cheated me and told me I needed all types of work done but instead they told me everything was fine and the diagnostics found nothing wrong except for a minor tuneup that could help. They definitely stuck to the name of Honest. They were very respectful too. I’m very impressed and my car ran smoother after the quick fix.
