Was referred to this Honest One location, by a friend several years ago. The Customer Service is A+., and you can ask as many questions as you want. I have always gotten a clear and honest answer. The lounge is Super Comfortable and Sparkling Clean, as is the Restroom. They keep their promises. The work is A+. Their prices are competitive.

Honest-1 has always done a great job. They’re very upfront and (true to their name) honest. I never worry about being taken advantage of or upsold. They are my go to auto shop. Scott has been nothing but kind and patient with all my questions.

Went in yesterday for a tune-up, brakes and overall inspected of my car. Pricing was decent, and very transparent about what needed to be done, and what I didn't need to have done, which I was impressed with. Clear communication, and excellent service.

I came in for 3 items to be worked on my car. Oil change, transmission fluid change, and rotating tires. They made sure I got all three done in one day and we talked prior to making sure the right transmission fluid was used for my car make and model. It was quick and professional and I'll come again for any future car maintenance.

I had a great experience here. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was completed quickly, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Hopefully they won’t disappoint in the future and I’ll become a lifetime customer here.

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotate/balance—quick, easy, and professional. The service advisor (Rudy? Ruben? Started with an R…pretty sure it was Ruben. I’m sorry, man) was extremely helpful, kept things moving, and didn’t try to sell me a ton of “parts” I can’t even pronounce. Great service, zero hassle. I’ll definitely be back… and I’ll learn his name by then.

I coasted in because my truck lost power, it was the alternator, wires was coming out of it and it chewed through my belt. They got me in took care of the problem with two people on the job so I could get back on the road quickly. Beautiful location, very cozy, and a play area for children. If I lived in Springhill, they would be my go to. Much gratitude to the team.

Great service, friendly staff and the pack of cookies was a nice treat. Alignment and tire pressure sensor replacement. The regularly do my oil change.
