Brandon & Butch (the owner) are great people. Especially, my dealings with Brandon were amazing. Took care of me in pinch when it came to my oil change and recharge & vacuum of my AC area. Amazing customer service and making sure I was taken care of and received the best deals they had to offer. I appreciate them because I needed it. They also, helped jumped off my car so I can go to Advanced Auto to take car of my battery. Southern hospitality at the finest.

Mike the Assistant Manager was great, took me at my word, communicated to me with respect of the services of my car. It took longer than originally planned, him explaining that allows me to make adjustments with transportation while in service. AC is working … mechanically car is doing well, only small issue was the mechanic left dirty fingerprints on my interior window collars that happen to be beige in color. I believe that will clean off.. overall Job, I’m happy with!

I am from out of town and rode over a deer I called to see if they could look at my car before I head out. They were able to get me in fast., get it up on ramp and check it out. They were very friendly and easy to work with and talk too. If I'm ever in need again for any reason I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

I love bringing my car here. I've never had a bad experience. And the front desk folks are so friendly and kind (Sky and Logan and Lana) and keep you up to speed on what's happening with your car. This place is great!

Honest-1 Auto Care are very honest and they obviously care. I was very pleased with the service I received and how they treated me. Quick response time, easy to understand and detailed inspection report, pleasant and personable. They are warm and kind and my car is all better!!! I’ll be coming back!

I thought I might have had a bad electrical issue, but it turned out, the remote needed a new battery. John was so helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend his shop. Plus, I will now be using him for all my service needs instead of going to Cadillac.
