This is by far the most professional, fair, least pushy shop I’ve ever been too. They tell you what’s wrong with a detailed outline via email, will walk you through options and never push unnecessary service on you. They also stand by their work and even addressed related issues after an initial repair at no extra cost, ensuring the job got done right and to my satisfaction. With a name like Honest, I guess you’d better be, and thankfully they are. They have my business…period.

Amazing service and the name on the garage says it all. They are straight forward and will tell you what is either wrong or not. I went with some ghost messages left in the ECU but no lights on dash. Went there they said it would cost X and then I wanted them to check the AC and the cost would be Y. When I went back they said they checked, nothing wrong and they cleared the messages and charge was $0. Oh and they will give you a ride home if needed.

I really enjoy working with Conrad and their team to quickly get my car back on the road. It is a nice perk that they are willing to drive me home. Never fun having to spend unexpected car repair bills, but it makes it easier knowing you're in capable hands.

This was the first time I had my car worked on at this garage. I had taken my Dads car there the day before. I had 2 wonderful experiences. They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They explain everything they were doing. There were some things I needed to address and they explained everything so I could understand. I will definitely be going back.

Roberto helped me with my vehicle. He was a super nice guy, someone who you can tell truly likes to help people. He was super honest and transparent. He actually got under my vehicle with me to show me an oil leak, and I had not even paid him anything. Most places would never do that without you handing your credit card first over and swiping it. Even then, I could not tell you a guy who would actually take you under your vehicle to show you the problems it’s having.

Called and got pricing without issue and then was able to schedule an appointment the next day for tire installation and alignment. Eric was phenomenal with explaining the services and pricing. Our technician Marino did a great job with the tires and our Jeep runs great! Excellent customer service and work.

I tried a few places and I couldn't get it in that day or they said to try back next week.......my husband said hey what about honest 1 place. I had my doubts of not getting in right away and they will have my vehicle for few days. I was very surprised they took it right away on Friday and it was done Saturday afternoon. I was beyond grateful for that and the price was very affordable. Thank you tony

Had a great experience at Honest1+. Tony was very personable, professional, and helpful in checking me in. And Billy the mechanic was expertly completed the car repair. I’ve come to them before (both at South Daytona and Ormond) and they’ve always been wonderful. All great guys that exemplify Christian values and charity.
