I coasted in because my truck lost power, it was the alternator, wires was coming out of it and it chewed through my belt. They got me in took care of the problem with two people on the job so I could get back on the road quickly. Beautiful location, very cozy, and a play area for children. If I lived in Springhill, they would be my go to. Much gratitude to the team.

Great service, friendly staff and the pack of cookies was a nice treat. Alignment and tire pressure sensor replacement. The regularly do my oil change.

There was great communication, very friendly and like the name says, honest! My car is running great and I know what all still could be done to improve its performance, thanks to their road worthy inspection. Outstanding support through the years with all our vehicles. Most recently was alignment, brake fluid exchange and fuel system maintenance. Derek excelled at his extensive knowledge of my vehicle and map out a plan to maximize and maintain my truck as I only bought it less than 2 years ago. They helped me from day one to make necessary repairs. It now rides like a new truck versus a 20 year old truck!

I have had good experiences with Honest-1. The staff are professional and I trust them. It’s hard to know know who to trust in the auto repair industry. Honest-1 always gives me an assessment of my car and prioritizes the repairs that are in need or potentially need in the future. They always answer any questions I have in a curteous manner.
