I was so happy with the service I received on my car. It was my 1st time there and I will definitely be going back for all service on my vehicle. Thanks also to Carson for his great positivity and helpfulness at the front.

They took me on short notice and had my inspection done within 4 hours. It was extremely detailed and had images to along with the explanations. Unfortunately the inspection revealed some bad news, but I never felt pressured or misguided by the staff to proceed with any of the expensive repairs. Awesome job I will be back. Thank you

I used to go to Honest auto service in Eagan, they did great job as well, also in Burnsville doing a great job, well explanation on things for upcoming repairable items for vehicle. Discounts for oil changes (coupon on the website) drop off vehicle and provide customer a Lyft ride back to your place. Always good to have Honest Auto near you.

Impeccable! 100% honest. The manager is a 10+ year GM veteran and absolutely the most honest person I have ever met in the automotive industry. I won’t get into my story but it takes a lot for me to write a review and say how impressed I was with this business and how they handled a potential huge profit/work for them but ultimately pointed me in the direction that made the most sense and saved me the most money. GREAT BUSINESS.

This brake shop is truly honest. I went there twice to get a quote for brake replacement because I thought it was time to change them, and after a thorough inspection, they sent me home because it wasn't necessary. I WENT TWICE!

Great customer service !! I won't take my car anywhere else. They can be trusted to do the work at a fair price. Plus, they drove me home (since I had to leave the car there) and picked me up the next morning. Didn't have to worry about transportation. Great place overall.

The team at Honest 1 Autocare has done extensive work on my old Jeep. They have always done work on it. I can trust. This has been especially important while working through a dragged out divorce process I have had to navigate, and it isn’t wise to look at replacing my vehicle.
