The staff at Honest1 are truly AMAZING, not only did they fix the problem on my expedition that multiple shops could not fix they did it at a reasonable price, and were completely transparent throughout the entire process. Honest1 is my go to shop from now. They truly live up to their name!!!

Came here for a transmission fluid change, super reasonably priced, and as a first time customer even got a free oil change! My work was done in a super timely manner, the staff was very friendly and they even provide a shuttle services on weekdays. They did a full inspection of my vehicle and were very transparent with everything they did. Super easy no gimmicks you’ll get at any typical mechanic shop!

We've been going to these guys for years and won't go anywhere else. They don't try to upsell you on unnecessary work, they provide a detailed inspection with recommendations but don't put you on the spot to get them done, and they will shuttle home and back. Today when I was stuck in traffic Scott waited past close so I could pick up my vehicle. We recommend them to everyone in this area.

Chloe was knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the whole experience! My driver side window would not go back up. Otto did a great job fixing it!

This place is amazing! It is always clean and they have snacks and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The service is fantastic! They live by their name and they are so honest about everything they do. I often call here when someone else tells you my car needs something and they can usually give me a better price and honest recommendations on if I actually need that service or not. This place is awesome, you will not regret going here!

My first time going there yesterday. Anthony was amazing and provided good customer service. They are not like those other shops that try to get you to pay for something extra that doesn’t need to be done. I love the integrity and honesty. Definitely will be utilizing for now on.

For more than a year now I have been going to Honest 1 here in aurora and their other location in Elgin and time and time again I receive nothing but excellent service! Mel, Joe, and the honest 1 team are amazing and very fairly priced compared to dealerships and other shops in the area. The current car I drive always has issues popping up and Honest 1 is always there to help whenever I need it. I fully recommend Honest 1 to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly team of car experts!

Super quick helpful and fixed all we needed on a couple hours. I was able to drop the vehicle at nite with the key in a lock box and they looked at it first thing, front desk girls are amazing i feel well taken care of and will definitely KEEP RETURNING good pricing as well.
