I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Devan was so helpful and kind. I was from out of town and stranded and needing an alternator. I had to Uber to them but after that, they took me back to my hotel and then picked me up when the van was done. They went above and beyond, I am truly so thankful. I had a great experience at Honest-1 Auto Care. I got a flat tire and stopped by their shop, even though they usually don’t do tire patching. One of their employees came out, carefully checked my tire, and honestly advised that it was too risky to drive to another repair shop. He then asked if I had a spare tire, and when I showed it to him, he kindly helped me replace the tire right away. These people are AMAZING! I'm a home health nurse and my car started overheating while I was in McKinney. I chose to take my car to them because of their Google reviews. They lived up to it!
