Both communication and promptness were professional and exceptional. When I explained the issue, they were kind and honest. I definitely recommend this place if you run into car trouble. Devan and Rueben were clear and concise with what I needed done after my botched car work at another place in Allen. They happen to get the part while I was waiting so were able to finish it same day. It was priced accordingly, I didn't have to wait 3 weeks like dealerships like to hold your car hostage for. The convenience was worth the price and customer service was wonderful.
