I'm very pleased with the service I received today! I see why so many customers are 5 starring them. I walked in within the later afternoon today needing an alignment and was promptly accommodated even though I could tell it was an inconvenience. Additionally, the price was more than fair. Everyone was so pleasant and the environment was comfortable and generously stocked with treats and drinks. ☺️ What more can you ask for? Just go check them out for yourself.👍

This is the second time I've used Honest 1 auto McKinney and they are amazing. I went in because I was quoted over 1k for a wheel bearing from a different repair shop and they were not convinced that was the real issue so they diagnosed my car's noises and found the real problem saving me a ton of money instead of charging me for something that wasn't broken like most other places.
