Honest 1 lives up to their name with their transparency. Before they do any work they send over pictures and you have to give them authorization to work on your car which I appreciate. It makes me feel like they are not trying to rip me off. With the pictures it includes descriptions of how things work. The people at the front desk were friendly and explained things in a way that was educational without talking down to me. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and it was done by 3pm same day.
