Honest 1 lives up to their name with their transparency. Before they do any work they send over pictures and you have to give them authorization to work on your car which I appreciate. The people at the front desk were friendly and explained things in a way that was educational without talking down to me. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and it was done by 3pm same day.

Had a great experience today getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Steve was super helpful, the service was quick and easy, and the price was great! Really appreciate the excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be back.
