I’ve always been treated well by Brandon but today I witnessed something extraordinary. An older woman came in needing to replace her battery and lived down the street. Brandon grabbed a portable charger pack and went to her house, jumped the car and drove it back to replace it. It’s not a huge problem but for this lady, newly widowed, it made a real difference. This was truly customer service from someone that cares. Can’t say the same about the other employees, not that they preform...
