I needed a quick check of a transmission problem and was able to get an appointment within a couple days. I got updates, and my car was fixed the same day. The service people stayed a bit late to finish the day before a holiday weekend. Excellent service!!

Excellent service and communication here. When you take your car in, they give you a detailed inspection texted/emailed to you. Pricing and expected turnarounds were all explained to me. Mike was great and even took note that I was getting my car road trip ready by showing me who to call if I have issues while traveling. I’ll be sure to bring my car back here for any future servicing it will need.

I was impressed with the professionalism of Honest 1 in every step of the car repair process: check in, courtesy ride, getting on the same page with repairs, communication, and billing.
