Excellent first time experience. Took my 2012 Ford Focus in for oil change and wipers. They also did their standard check and gave me a detailed printout with everything they found. They also took the time to explain in detail. There was absolutely no pressure to run up a huge bill. All in all, a definite 5 star experience.
