This morning, I discovered the left rear tire of my vehicle had a slow leak. So, I drove over to Honest 1 Auto Care where I had the pleasure of meeting Justin and Travis at the counter. Justin quickly assessed the issue, and quoted me a price. A nail was removed and the tire repaired. My vehicle was returned to me by Parker. No! This was not by any means a major repair! But, I just want to acknowledge and thank this team for providing great customer service while having such a good attitude...

Radiator done in 1 day. Fast and efficient. Parker seemed like a very polite guy. We appreciate it! They had no issues working with our extended warranty company. Went super smooth! 5 stars here!

We live out of town, and they got us in super quick. We had our car towed to them on Sunday night, and they called us by 7:30 Monday morning. The communication with phone calls, their text message system, and website were super easy and convenient. The diagnostic report they texted us was easy to read and understand. While the car needed a lot of work, they did not oversell us and did what we needed to be on our way. Highly recommend!

Justin and Bobby were more than helpful with my car. It randomly stalled on me on day last week (luckily down the street from them). They took me as a walk in and had the diagnostics done within 2 hours. My car needed more than I anticipated and budgeted for but they made me feel understood as a college student and helped me determine what was most needed for my car at that time. I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of my car knowledge which can be common for girls and auto shops....
