Excellent first time experience. Took my 2012 Ford Focus in for oil change and wipers. They also did their standard check and gave me a detailed printout with everything they found. They also took the time to explain in detail. There was absolutely no pressure to run up a huge bill. All in all, a definite 5 star experience.

Honest One auto care runs their business as their name states. They did a fabulous job on my Ford escape, hybrid, quoted me a very reasonable price, got the job done well within the parameters and we’re delighted to have my business. I can honestly recommend them for any service you might need.

Awesome service, I walked in thinking 🤔 I had my appointment set for 8am to have my brake rotors and pads changed. Justin the manager started checking his system and noticed the appointment wasn't showing up. I mentioned i had called and was given a quote over the phone and appointment set. Justin took my information on my vehicle and quoted me what I had been quoted over the phone, he took the time to make me feel comfortable and was able to service my vehicle. Justin's customer service was...

Amazing service and the name on the garage says it all. They are straight forward and will tell you what is either wrong or not. I went with some ghost messages left in the ECU but no lights on dash. Went there they said it would cost X and then I wanted them to check the AC and the cost would be Y. When I went back they said they checked, nothing wrong and they cleared the messages and charge was $0. Oh and they will give you a ride home if needed.

My right front headlight on my 2015 Tesla Model S stopped working. I got a notice on my dashboard screen that it was malfunctioning. I scheduled and attended a service appointment with Tesla and was told that I needed an entirely new right headlight assembly. The cost was going to be around $2800+ for diagnostic tests and the new headlight assembly and I was given an appointment to return in a week. I searched on Tesla repair and found Honest1. It was fairly close to my home in Lutz so I...
Your brakes work like a trio: you (the operator), hydraulic pressure, and friction. No matter what car or truck you have, all brake systems use and create friction to slow you down.
Like a pair of favorite shoes, brakes wear down over time. Regular fluid flushes and periodic brake services are essential to avoid a full brake replacement. Aside from a warning light turning on, here are some telltale signs you may need a brake repair:

The best way to prevent unwanted squeals and dangerous driving is regular brake inspection. Though it depends on driving habits, terrain, and parts quality, brake pads generally last between 30,000 to 70,000 miles (we know, that's a big a range).
