Over the past weekend, I scheduled an appointment to have my car dropped off to have some work done to my splash guard. To my surprise, it was a was taken care of in the matter of minutes! Expecting this to be a hassle and frustrating experience, I was taken back by how easy, kind, and pleasant this was from start to finish. A special thank you to Justin and Parker for their exceptional customer service and urgency on addressing this for me. I won't be taking my car anywhere else :)

This morning, I discovered the left rear tire of my vehicle had a slow leak. So, I drove over to Honest 1 Auto Care where I had the pleasure of meeting Justin and Travis at the counter. Justin quickly assessed the issue, and quoted me a price. A nail was removed and the tire repaired. My vehicle was returned to me by Parker. No! This was not by any means a major repair! But, I just want to acknowledge and thank this team for providing great customer service while having such a good attitude...

I had an appt this morning. Everything about today's experience was positive. I was greeted as I entered, the lobby was spotless, I was offered snacks and drink. The people working there were friendly and efficient. I have never had such a positive experience at an auto care place before. I would highly recommend giving them a try.
