i came for an oil change and just a simple check in to see if there were any issues with my car. come to find out there were problems with my brakes, they not only told me about them and fixed them but showed me pictures of the problem and explained what was wrong (i am not a car person so i don’t understand any of this stuff - super helpful) thank you for your help and time!!! highly recommend this place!!

I have brought my car to the Lutz location quite a few times. The are SO HONEST, kind, reasonably priced. Their shop is so clean, snacks and drinks.... and provide car service to my house. Impeccable service every single time. I have to bring my car in for a possible suspension issue and know it's in great hands. My mom has switched from the dealership to them. She's been there a few times and loves them! They're so good to her.
