Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done right the first time. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially with a truck, but this place lives up to its name. Made an online appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Easy. Dropped off car- was ready in 1-1.5 hrs like promised. They told me brakes might need work soon and my battery was very low (it was) but never pressured or guilted me about doing that work now. They actually allow you to be shown on car as opposed to just telling you. Ended up getting the battery while there because they were so nice and upfront about it. VERY clean waiting room with good drinks. This is now my new oil...

The shop is very clean and well kept, which I really appreciate. The play area is such a thoughtful addition and is super helpful when bringing little ones along. It makes the visit much easier and more comfortable for parents.
