As a truck owner, I’m very careful about who I trust with my vehicle, and Honest One Auto Care delivered. They were upfront, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done right the first time. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially with a truck, but this place lives up to its name. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Made an online appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Easy. Dropped off car- was ready in 1-1.5 hrs like promised. They told me brakes might need work soon and my battery was very low (it was) but never pressured or guilted me about doing that work now. They actually allow you to be shown on car as opposed to just telling you. Ended up getting the battery while there because they were so nice and upfront about it. VERY clean waiting room with good drinks. This is now my new oil...

Not too often you feel good after taking your car in for service! I called and spoke with George and explained issue, he said come in and we will check it and give you estimate. I arrived shortly after, met with George, he had a tech (Tyler) come drive with me so he can experience what I came in for. They put car on lift, asked me 2 more questions, took me to show me on car where noises were coming from and Tyler fixed issue and my final charge was exactly what George said over the phone...

I was there a couple of months ago , been using them for about 5 years. I think they do really good work and have very nice people in the front. Willie Vasquez is a great person to have at the desk. He’s kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business
