First time at H1 and convinced that I'll return for more so to say. Here I got better detail about what is going to be done and what the next steps are. This was a surprising experience compared to the dealer I usually went to. When the service dept of the dealer gives you 7 weeks to schedule an oil change and takes 6 weeks to replace a seat belt buckle, H1 got a happy customer now. Should have considered the switch earlier.
