I had gone to a dealership for a large mechanical issue. The cost was going to be exorbitant!! I then heard about Honest 1 Auto from a neighbor and figured I'd give them a try. Not only were they reasonable cost wise, they were incredibly nice. They even drove me home when they needed to keep the car overnight. I would highly recommend them!

This place is legit. Came in for brakes and to preemptively replace my spark plugs. They did an inspection, took photos of everything, and explained why they were recommending stuff. They actually refused to replace the spark plugs because it wasn’t necessary yet - it would have been easy to just lie and make a couple extra bucks, but they didn’t. Very happy with my experience.

I always have a great experience at Honest-1. They took excellent care of my car and went above and beyond with the work they did. Miles and Sean made me feel truly appreciated as a customer, which is rare to find these days. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic shop.

Big shout out to the crew at honest-1 in new hope. Noticed a screw in my tire at 6pm. While the other tire shops in the area were too busy, these guys got me right in, looked at the tire, and determined that there was no leak. So no charge. What a great end to a bad scenario.
