Needed some cross-threaded lug nuts replaced on 2 wheels of my Forester. Ashley and her team at Honest Auto got-er done, as quoted -- and reasonable. It was also during the busy week of Christmas. Best Christmas present ever!!

I have been bringing my 2022 Mercedes for 3 years now. I do all my regular maintenance here. I am so satisfied with these guys. I bought my car new and I have trusted them with it. They are knowledgeable and really are honest. They do not oversell which is the most important thing believe me. I get what I need for my car and peace with it. Try them. Also the prices are competitive. For me this is my maintenance home.

The shop is very clean and well kept, which I really appreciate. The play area is such a thoughtful addition and is super helpful when bringing little ones along. It makes the visit much easier and more comfortable for parents.

Willie and team did a great job. I was told that I needed my brake pads replaced when I got my oil changed at another place. I took my car to Honest1 Auto Care and they found that I had 50% left on my pads. So I did not need them replaced. But they found a tire worn and replaced it for me.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, nice, honest, and respectful. I'm so grateful they were able to get me back on the road on the same day. Also the waiting area is very nice and full of amenities. This place goes above and beyond. I feel very well taken care of.
