The service I received today was quite impressive. Having come from out of town to get my car after a breakdown last week the expensive repairs were completed. However, in the process the ac had been damaged and did not work. Immediately they found their mistake and repaired the ac. Their honesty was very impressive and if I lived in Nashville, I’d be a consistent customer. They lived up to their name:HONEST-1. Also very friendly and courteous service.

This was my first time using Honest 1. I needed the alternator replaced on my van and they were $600 less than Christian Brothers where I’ve been getting my cars serviced for a long time. Honest 1’s price was on target based on my research of parts and labor for this repair. Time will tell if the repair service was quality but their customer service was very good. Also they have a good warranty on parts and labor.
