We ran into trouble with the parking brake in our car on the way to Raleigh. We found Honest-1 and showed up first thing on Saturday morning , 4/12. Shah fit is right in. They found the problem and had the car out in just an hour. While waiting I was treated to what was probably the best donut in the State of Virginia. I sent my sister there for her brakes. Her car was shaking when she slowed down. We found out that despite having them done 2 months prior at another facility, the rotors were severely warped. She was shown them, and they got her in the same day as her appointment to get it fixed. A diagnostic is $160, but if you have the work done the same day, $80 will go towards the work you have done. We now have a new care care center. They're really honest there, which is why we were referred there by friends.

I have been to this shop 3x. The first with a punctured tire, they got me in immediately and patched it. They were kind, and didn't seem bothered by my kids there. I went back for an inspection yesterday. I failed for my tires and ordered a new set. Despite their busy schedule they still got me in as I needed my car for work. My battery died before I went in, they let me come in 30 minutes late (needed a jump to get there) got my tires on, put in a new battery, got me out with a passed...
