I appreciate these guys, they don’t over complicate stuff, explain in layman’s terms, are quick and are clear about prices. I wish I’d started coming to see them sooner! I take both my cars in now. Appreciate the extra service, took my backup car in for oil change and maintenance, knew I needed some new tires. The mechanic, as I was leaving let me know I would need all new tires - he was just letting me know and not in a man-splainy type of way, but more of a safety/ heads up.

Tony was amazing! I left the Toyota dealership feeling overwhelmed, but Honest 1 Auto turned everything around. They offered Snap financing (which relieved so much stress), got my car fixed quickly, and treated me with honesty and respect. Great people and my car is running perfectly now. Fixed: Electric pump and new brakes.

Honest1 Auto Care has been amazing, since the first day I received service. They are attentive, they take every concern you have in consideration, and will advise you before anything.Their prices are reasonable, way better than the dealership. Most importantly they provide an estimate time, no need to wait so long. I was in shocked it took them less than a week to get my Kia Soul repaired. I was happy with my first experience at this location. I perform most of my own mechanics but, when I needed an alignment, Tony scheduled me for the next day. My service was completed quickly and fair price. Also, I didn’t have to fend off “up-sell! Up-sell!” They will be my first call next time.

Honest-1 is just that, an honest, reliable, and affordable provider of vehicle maintenance in the city. I've been a customer of the SE Portland location for years now, and have always received excellent service and never feel pressured to add on extra, but trust the honesty of the folks there when they recommend an additional service.
