Took the vehicle for a brake job a couple weeks later and they called to say the "new Tech" had measured incorrectly and I didn't require a brake job. Good place to go, they were in good contact, offered a loaner while my car was getting worked on. Very transparent with any problems they noticed during inspection and got us in and out quickly. Definitely a better experiance then "trying to save a few bucks" with a back yard mechanic. Customer service does cost money too 😁
