Called and was able to get my car in quite quickly, what a surprise. After talking with the service manager, left the car there for them to work in to run test to know what needed done. Was given courtesy ride home. When they had there tests and inspection done I was made aware, job was approved. Thought I would not get car back until next day, they called me just before closing to inform me the car was completed. Way awesome!

Best mechanic experience I’ve ever had! My car had a transmission slip so I asked them to do a diagnostic report. While the news wasn’t great, they could not have been better. Upon dropping it off, they were courteous to give me a ride down the road. Everything they found was laid out with explanations and pictures. I had a noise coming from the rear of my truck that the dealership couldn’t get to for three days. I called Honest-1 and they got me in right away. I work near their shop and they offered to shuttle me back to my office so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. They performed a thorough multi point inspection and found the issue, as well as other repairs I should consider. The service was great and all the office personnel were friendly. Will definitely return for future maintenance to my truck.
