From my call to see if they could replace my headlight on a Saturday morning, to fixing my problem, Erin was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The price was right where I expected it to be, the part in stock, and they had me in and out in less the 45 minutes. My only regret is, I live in Illinois and can't use their services all the time. Best repair shop I've ever been to and give them my highest recommendation.

Super quick helpful and fixed all we needed on a couple hours. I was able to drop the vehicle at nite with the key in a lock box and they looked at it first thing, front desk girls are amazing i feel well taken care of and will definitely KEEP RETURNING good pricing as well. Honest 1 West Ashley is great. They’ve done work on my vintage/classic/OLD hard top convertible Volvo C70 that no one else, not even the DEALER could diagnose and repair! Always great service, knowledgeable staff and very fair prices with a great warranty on their work.
