Exceptional experience at Honest1! The staff (Sean & Mile) were knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent about the repairs needed for my vehicle. The service was VERY DETAILED and inspection report with pictures was AWESOME! The prices was a little high for a full syntactic oil change. However, the quality of SERVICE & WORK was top-notch and it was worth it. Highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs!

For more than a year now I have been going to Honest 1 here in aurora and their other location in Elgin and time and time again I receive nothing but excellent service! Mel, Joe, and the honest 1 team are amazing and very fairly priced compared to dealerships and other shops in the area. The current car I drive always has issues popping up and Honest 1 is always there to help whenever I need it.
