But considering they are a one-off chain of repair shops, nestled between dealerships in Tyler, their prices are equal or higher than any dealership around them. If you are stuck paying for repairs out of pocket, this place is not affordable at all. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They kept me informed every step of the way, and they hassled with the warranty company. So glad I didn't have to do that! As a side note, I loved their place. The restroom was the nicest I've ever seen, and the décor in the waiting room was super cool! Everyone that works there is just so friendly and professional.
